Privacy Policy
The short version
- We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information through the App.
- There are no accounts, no online play, no chat, no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no tracking.
- Your settings and preferences are saved only on your own device and never leave it.
1. Information we collect through the App
None. The App does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or any other personal information, and it does not send any data about you or your gameplay to us or to anyone else.
2. Information stored on your device
The App saves a small amount of information locally on your device so it works the way you left it, for example: your game settings (such as sound, Fights On/Off, offside and icing, view and control options), your selected teams, and controller set-up. This information is stored only in the App’s local storage on your device. We cannot see or access it. You can delete it at any time by deleting the App.
3. Game controllers
If you connect an MFi, Xbox or PlayStation controller, the App uses Apple’s standard game controller support to read button presses on your device. No controller information is collected or transmitted.
4. Third parties, advertising and tracking
The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, social media or tracking software (SDKs). We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use Apple’s advertising identifier.
5. Information Apple may provide
Apple operates the App Store and may collect information under its own privacy policy (for example, your purchase or download). If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics or crash data with app developers, Apple may give us aggregated, de-identified statistics and crash reports (for example, the number of installs or a crash log without your identity). We use these only to fix bugs and improve the App. You can turn this off in your device’s Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
6. If you contact us
If you email us at [email protected], we will receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use this only to reply to you and to help with your question, keep it only as long as needed for that purpose (and any legal record-keeping), and never sell it or use it for marketing. Our email is provided by a hosting service that may store messages on servers outside British Columbia or Canada.
7. Children
The App is suitable for a general audience, including children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. If a child emails us, we will use the message only to reply and, if a parent asks, delete it.
8. Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and similar laws elsewhere (such as the GDPR in the EU/UK or state privacy laws in the United States), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information an organization holds about you, and to withdraw consent. Since the App collects no personal information, the only information we might hold is email correspondence you sent us. To access, correct or delete it, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
Settings stay on your device and are protected by your device’s own security. Any email you send us is kept in a password-protected account with reasonable safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App adds features that involve personal information (for example, online play), we will update this policy before that version is released, change the effective date above, and, where the law requires, ask for your consent in the App. We will not apply a new practice to information collected under an earlier version without telling you.
